From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Egbert was kind, patient, and made the entire exam feel easy. But the absolute star of the show was Darian, the assistant. I decided to try contact lenses, and before we even started, she explained everything clearly, gave me options, and made sure I felt comfortable. Then she taught me how to put the contacts in and take them out… and let me just say, that young lady has the patience of a saint. She’s also genuinely funny, which made the whole experience so much more relaxed. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful team member who helped me pick out my glasses. She was incredibly kind and guided me through the options with zero pressure, just great energy and great taste. From start to finish, it was a smooth, friendly, and top-tier experience. I highly recommend Gemini Eye Care Centers in Beavercreek. 10/10 I’ll absolutely be back!
