I'm a new customer at this Kroger location. By the time I arrived from my Doctor appointment all my information was in their system and my prescription was ready. The woman that was processing my order was very kind and helpful. I'm glad to have found my new pharmacy.

Prescriptions never ready when they say they’re going to be. Female staff is rude. Pharmacy feels it’s acceptable for customers to wait 30+ minutes. Find an alternative pharmacy, save yourself the trouble. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Terry the pharmacist was not the first person at this pharmacy to be rude to me but she will be the last. I will never use this pharmacy again. I’ve only been local to the area for 3 months and every encounter I’ve had at this pharmacy they act like they are completely miserable. I’ve had various other issues here such as them putting my prescription back after filling it because it cost over $100, not refilling prescriptions when on auto fill etc. those are all mistakes I can look past but their attitude is not a mistake and I won’t look past it anymore. I hope they can find it within themselves to find another job if working here makes them that unhappy that they are rude to so many customers (look at the other reviews here, clearly I’m not the first person to have this experience). As people working in the healthcare industry and giving medications out to people with various conditions, they should have a kinder approach. You never know what people are going through.

Horrible!! I had a prescription transfer from Vandalia Krogers (which is a wonderful pharmacy!) to Huber Heights pharmacy because Vandalia was out of Trintelix and Huber Heights had them. I have a $10 coupon for the medicine because it's very expensive and Vandalia Krogers always gives it to me for $10. I went to Huber to pick it up and they said i owed $278!!!! I had my coupon and she said I reached my quota for that coupon and I had to pay $278!! I told them to try and run it again with my coupon she said she did but it wouldn't work. I called Vandalia Krogers after I left there and they said there's no quota for coupon and I still pay $10!!! They will have it for me tomorrow. Huber Heights pharmacy at Kroger would have charged me $268 more than Vandalia Krogers. Someone needs to train their pharmacy techs better because she would have ripped me off!!
