Went in with a fractured foot didn't see an MD just a nurse practioner. No one so much as touched my foot or looked at it in any way. Got an X-ray they said it isn't broke. They went to put me in a post op boot for "comfort". It sent my pain to a million when I tried to put it on. Two days later went to another emergency room and now I am in a boot because it was broken. Imagine that. This is the second time this has happened to me at this facility. Also gave me naproxen, Tylenol, and voltaren which are all different nsaids that react badly with each other. My pharmacist was really worried about it and didn't want to fill them all. We were in the tiny triage that has like 3 small rooms with curtains, tell me why the other patients got the same medication as me.I don't know what's going on in this er but this is ridiculous. Kettering Health Network has been an amazing place to go for this stuff in the past, but as of lately the services I received was mediocre and consistently incorrect everytime. Huber Health emergency, you can do better and the management needs to get on top of the students and staff to make sure that this inconsistency come to an end. I will go to the main campus from now on and I recommend everyone reading this to do the same don't waste your time and money for crappy service.

The staff was nice enough but incompetent I was given medication and injection and a tablet without them knowing my current medications. And speaking of said tablet medication I was told it was an Tylenol and it was a Norco which is a big difference. And don't get me started on the fact I had to literally walk through someone else's room to get to mine I will never return to this hospital unless I'm unconscious and don't have a choice

Had to bring my son in after a fall. Every single staff member from front desk to nurses to doc were top notch, with excellent bedside manner. They were great with my kiddo, communicative with us parents, and made the entire experience deserving of praise.

I took my daughter to the ER and she was treated amazingly. So was I! From the triage nurses at the front desk, every doctor we saw including the x ray techs blew me away. We were not dismissed once and it honestly restored my faith in the medical industry. Huge shout out to Angie Cruze, Courtney Schoryer and Teresa Fourman for taking care of my baby and also not dismiss her feelings or mine. Thank you.
