  Emergency room receptionist very rude and violate HIPPA by speaking on patients with a waiting room full of patients. Calling them junkies or drug seeking. How heartless and uncalled for. Unless u want labeled a junkie or drug seeking when your clearly in pain, don't go to this hospital.

  Went in for an x-ray 2 weeks ago at the imaging center they were great especially the xray tech. I also had an order for a mri. The scheduler over on that side stated that they now have weekend appointments. Great! She told me that all I do is check in on the ER side. Go in today for a 1:30 scheduled MRI and Robyn and Dominique (not sure of the spelling) told me that was not correct and unless I want to be seen at the ER there was no MRI available. Someone needs to have the sides talk to each other or something because its very different information from both sides. I will call to reschedule but I'm very disappointed in this mishap and feel it should not have happened to begin with if the ER is not going to take the scheduled appointments. Or maybe Robyn and Dominique just didn't want to handle it and told me no.

  What good is this urgent care, if they can’t even simply test you for the flu? They just send you next door to the ER, so they won’t have to be bothered. Ridiculous.

  This place is great. Every time I go to them they are always very nice. I always get seen right way. The medication I was give made me feel better right away which mean the doctor knows what he is doing. I went to my regular doctor prior to going to the urgent care and i felt like I was misdiagnosed. This a great place and they know what they are doing. I would recommend it 100%.
