  Started out okay, and then the past 2 appointments have been canceled because the Hygienist was sick. Today they called and say my new appointment will cost more than insurance covers because my last appointment was cancelled. YOU CANCELLED it. I encourage you to find an office that is professional, and respectful of the patients they treat, I can not say that has been my experience with this local disappointment.

  Called and left a message after hours that i had lost a filling the called me in the morning with an appointment, turned out it was a cracked tooth. They made a new crown and had me home by 12:30!! Unbelievable service

  I had an awesome experience at Spring Valley Dental. They ensured all of my dental needs were met. Their work was very thorough and I left with a dental cleaning and a confident smile. They treated me as if I was their only patient meaning They truly took their time working on me and ensured the whole time that they were working on me that I exhibited no pain. I recommend them to everyone

  I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and the care I received. I came in extremely stressed after breaking my front side tooth, especially with important events like my birthday and graduation coming up Dr. Shahid Mahmood and his assistant Tabitha truly went above and beyond for me. I have always had apprehension about going to the dentist due to previous experiences, but since my very first appointment here, they have been nothing but kind, gentle, and willing to go the extra mile to explain everything. That alone meant so much to me. They spent over 3.5 hours making sure my tooth was restored, and the level of patience, precision, and care they showed was incredible. Dr. Mahmood was not only highly skilled, but also kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. Tabitha was just as amazing attentive, supportive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My temporary tooth looks so natural that you cannot even tell anything happened. I walked out feeling like myself again, and that meant everything to me. This was more than just dental work this was compassion, professionalism, and excellence all in one experience. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-tier care. I wanted to hug them both but I would have been crying all over. 🥹 Thank you again to Dr. Mahmood and Tabitha for restoring not just my tooth, but my confidence!😊

  I had a really disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment. When I called, Michelle was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t give me the chance to correct the name of my insurance provider and spoke over me multiple times. Instead of helping, she seemed impatient and dismissive, which made the whole interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service is such an important part of any healthcare experience, and this call alone made me reconsider even going to this office. I hope management addresses how patients are treated over the phone, because first impressions matter.
