  Wonderful, convenient service. Chris and Kelly took care of my elderly parent with patience and kindness on multiple visits, from the point of check-in through treatment and follow-up. We were seen right at our appointment time and Chris made recommendations for after care. Highly recommend.

  horrible experience. disregard the walk ins welcome because the woman who i spoke with was very ignorant and rude. was not sure if we could be seen and thats okay but she was talking to us like we were stupid and started off by lieing to our faces saying its only by appointment. I said its advertised in multiple places walkins welcome. She referenced a nail salon and how walkins work and asked me “do you understand” all sarcastically like i was slow. She then said she was on lunch and cant see anything for scheduling i said thats fine there is no rush and enjoy your lunch we are okay waiting. she continued to tell us just to go buy an at home covid test acting fed up with us. She made it very clear they drive off possible patients and do not want to work or help people. she was insistent on chasing us off. Come to find out it was the manager all along. Very scary. Why do these people even bother working these jobs with the public if they hate it so much?

  ZERO STARS....do NOT go here!! I inquired about the TOTAL cost and was told by 2 different staff that it would be $99 for prescription refills. I paid the bill in full, and was sent a notice stating I still owed $50!!! This place wants to lie and then charge someone $150 for just a med refill!!! Front desk staff and nurse practitioner were not that knowledgeable. Disappointed with the services and will not be going back.

  Been here at least three times, and each time I've been treated with exceptional care and kindness. Much easier and faster than urgent care, which I used to visit when when my doctor isn't available. I highly recommend The Little Clinic!
