Bill martin is a savant pertaining to all power chair and other machine operated devices when it comes to faulty and defective equipment he never leaves without it being repaired or documented for proper classification of parts needed for the repair. I also appreciate Jason who initiated the need and setup of my new power chair he also reassured me that despite my disabilities I would be able to take advantage of the multiple operations that the chair has to make my life much easier .
