  The staff is always super friendly. But the wait time is horrible.You guys have to do something about this, hire more people open all lines. Something. I really don't understand why we have to wait a half an hour to fill a prescription. And I have come at different times of the day at different times of the week , and it's always the same.

  By far the worst pharmacy I've ever used in all areas. Customer service- terrible, staff seem like they don't want to be there. The ones that ARE friendly, either don't know what they're doing, or have no authority to help you. I stood there for over 5 minutes which a staff member clicking and staring at the computer before I finally had to ask what the problem is and offer some solutions. That shouldnt be my responsibility. Timeliness- if you have a job, a family, or a life, then you probably shouldn't go here. They've left us waiting 45 mins for prescriptions that have been "filled" according to the app, only to tell us that they can't fill it and come back another day. Most recently, I was charged double for my prescription pickup of $250, which led to a $500 charge. I called to dispute it and was told to come in (which i expected), but no apology or anything. It almost seemed like it was MY fault for inconveniencing them. We are actively looking for a new pharmacy to switch to. But hopefully somebody sees this who can train their staff to be better.

  Awful - for the last couple months I have called in my rx at least a day before I need them (refills avaliable). Last month they took a week & me having to call the store manager to get them filled. This month I called them in at 8am, the woman on the phone told me they would be ready by 5-6 pm the same day. Stopped in at 8 am the next day & [surprise] they are not ready. They should at least truthful when telling a customer a pick up time, that way I can atop wasting my gas. As a store manager of 3 stores, I would be fired if I displayed this sort of unacceptable behavior.

  Since when does it take 4 days to fill a prescription filled???? My Doctor prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine. Seriously , do you expect someone to wait 4 days to start an antibiotic? Who is in charge there? There are many negative reviews of this place. It seems that management really doesn’t care!

  They always use to be closed from 1:30-2. Now it's 1-1:30. And heaven forbid you are there in line at 1:05 and the only one in line. They tell you they are closed for lunch and close the gate on you and turn you away. Rude and bad customer service.
