  Had my prescriptions moved here when Rite Aid closed. They are rude, short, and just plain nasty half of the time. Act like they are your only choice here in hillsboro. I will be changing pharmacies tomorrow

  Im sorry that others have a a bad experience but I have always had great customer service... I understand they are busy and human beings too and I am nice to them... so I get great customer service in return.... and have never had an error in my subscriptions and they are ready in a timely manner

  Kroger's in Hillsboro Ohio has poor service in the pharmacy Department I have pneumonia went there yesterday dropped off my prescription the lady told me one hour so I went home went to bed cuz I was so sick went back the next day at 8 a.m. and now they're telling me they don't have one of my antibiotics ready I know one thing I will be changing Pharmacy this is been going on for years I've been a customer when you're sick you're sick you're not waiting for 2 days for them to figure out if they have the medicine or not

  This place is never ready, always slow, can never find insurance information or “on the wrong profile” and can’t find RX. Says they will text when ready and for some reason never has the right number. I’ve had the same number for 15 years and have only used this place for two years so how is it the wrong number?????
