  Eyemart express in Hilliard is absolutely fantastic. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! My glasses were done in 30 minutes. And they are exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Eyemart Express!!

  Hice una llamada para agendar una cita por primera vez y el chico que me atendió fue despectivo y grosero. Había escuchado referencias de este lugar pero definitivamente deberían de darles un curso de relaciones humanas a ese chico. Aparte aparece en la app que te tienen atención en español y no.

  I’ve used this store to purchase many pairs of glasses without any issues. Recently my 10 year olds fell apart while she was wearing them. They were 3 weeks out of warranty and they wouldn’t honor it. It was not that she broke them, that I understand, but it was a faulty product and they even said that but won’t honor or fix them. So, it’s time for a new prescription and new glasses and i guess that I am going to have to go somewhere else. Not that in the grand scheme of things they care over losing 1 customer, but it doesn’t look good on the store.

  Denise was wonderful to work with. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She was very helpful through the whole process. She has the perfect customer service personality. We will definitely be back.
