  I was from out of town and the lense fell out of my glasses. The technician ALY took care of the problem. She was very kind and knowledgeable.

  It was a great experience selecting and ordering our pair of glasses. Aly and all the store reps are great. Me and my wife love going to this store for our every year prescriptions. Highly recommend.

  I went to Target Optical to get my glasses adjusted. They were too loose and sliding down my face! Aly was so helpful! She quickly got to the bottom of it, adjusted multiple pairs quickly and efficiently! And even took the time to clean them! I’ve since done laundry, yoga, and dishes without them sliding down and having to adjust them! A quick and easy fix but with a big impact!

  I have been a patient of Razano for many years, and I can honestly say I had one of my best experiences this week thanks to Aly and Melissa. I had an exam a few months ago at the Olentangy location where the doctor accidentally put the wrong color on my contact prescription. While I was in the process of getting that corrected, my last pair of contacts ripped, leaving me unable to see. I went into the Hilliard location, and Aly and Melissa were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to help fix my prescription and even provided me with a temporary pair of contacts so I could see until my new ones arrived. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation so much better. Highly recommend!
