BUT the bathrooms and showers are gross, visible grime all over the showers and they smell bad. I felt like I got dirtier after having a shower there. If you avoid the bathrooms and showers the experience is great.

The Hilliard Metro location is the best all-around gym I’ve experienced. Generally clean (for a gym), pleasant staff, no long-term contract pressure, and affordable. Equipment is well maintained, plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio, even during busy times. Members are generally friendly and considerate. No complaints.
