  Really happy with my experience here. The staff are helpful and the Pharmacist is great. They will check prices for me to see if they can fill something cheaper for me. I have also received several immunizations here, Shringrix, pneumonia, RSV, Tdap, COVID and flu over the years and the process was easy. I go online and make an appointment and fill out the form. I highly recommend this location.

  I will not use Kroger pharmacies anymore. My last attempt to fill a prescription for foot cream at this took 3 attempts. Instead of notifying me of any issues with my insurance they simply dropped my order. I finally called them after the third attempt and told them I would pay for it out of pocket and they finally filled it. Them refusing to contact me at all about this is terrible customer service. It was foot cream. This is not the first time I've had issues with Kroger pharmacies. I had a prescription several years ago that they just simply told me to go to another pharmacy. Since then, I now go to Giant Eagle pharmacy and they've been nothing but friendly, pleasant, and very communicative on all my prescriptions.

  Only because I had to give 1 Star to be abe to leave a comment...otherwise it would have been a BIG 0 from me!!! Carly the Pharmacy Intern was extremely rude to an elderly couple in their 80s. The husband made a statement in a calm voice that the cost of a medication was too high. Carly then told the husband, "If you are going to be rude I don't have to serve you." The wife then told Carly her husband has Dementia and he didn't mean anything by what he said. The husband then too apologized. Carly did not even acknowledge the wife's statement or the husband's apology. Talk about RUDE!!!! Carly you need to learn some Customer Service Skills!!! I hope no one ever talks to your parents like that! I won't be coming back and I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere!!!

  Very disappointed. I arrange for my veterinarians to order a refill of syringes to treat my cat's diabetes. The vets told me the refill was placed. I called the pharmacy and its automatic phone system said it had the prescription and they could be picked up the next day. The next day I get to the pharmacy and am told they have not received the prescription. I called the automatic number back and it also says the refills are expired. EDIT: Do not use their automated system. It does not guarantee something will be ready for pickup. This pharmacy is so disorganized. If you go there, expect delays.
