- DSDanielle SiegelOct 8, 20251.0I will not use Kroger pharmacies anymore. My last attempt to fill a prescription for foot cream at this took 3 attempts. Instead of notifying me of any issues with my insurance they simply dropped my order. I finally called them after the third attempt and told them I would pay for it out of pocket and they finally filled it. Them refusing to contact me at all about this is terrible customer service. It was foot cream. This is not the first time I've had issues with Kroger pharmacies. I had a prescription several years ago that they just simply told me to go to another pharmacy. Since then, I now go to Giant Eagle pharmacy and they've been nothing but friendly, pleasant, and very communicative on all my prescriptions.

I love this Kroger, however, the pharmacists are constantly rude to me over the phone & in person. I really do not like picking up my prescriptions because of the how rude they are. There is no customer service.
