  I came into the store on Wednesday sometime before 5:00 PM and had an unpleasant experience with a woman wearing glasses who identified herself as the store manager. I had several questions regarding weight loss supplements, and instead of being helpful, she was very dismissive and made me feel as though I was bothering her. She stated that GNC does not sell a “magic pill” and advised me to see a doctor if I wanted a pill or shot. Had that been my intention, I would have consulted a doctor rather than coming into the store for guidance on available products. Additionally, while interacting with her, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor coming from her person, which further added to the discomfort of the experience. Overall, this visit left a poor impression, and I would not recommend the Hilliard location. I would instead suggest visiting another GNC location nearby. I felt the interaction was unprofessional and not reflective of the customer service I expect from GNC. Thank you for your time.

  Just go to vitamin shoppe better costumer service and return policy. I came in to do an exchange. Needed a receipt which is fine I had it. The return was a gift given to me so I was hoping I can just do an exchange however they refunded the persons card back and I left with nothing.
