I have been to other locations but none of the others can parallel the customer service I've experienced at the Hilliard location. My glasses are typically ready before the hour wait. They have a large selection of glasses to choose from.

Help me get the best price for all my glasses and they were ready in less than an hour and I swear I can see you again and it’s amazing. It was like her first day back in Columbus, Ohio, and she did an amazing job.
- KKKristen KollerFeb 24, 20262.0Great price and frames, however, I was a little put out that they tossed on their Eyemart Plus warranty service for $29.95 on my bill without explaining it was being added on or giving me a chance to opt out of. When I was checking out she went over it as "With your insurance, today the total price is $59.90." and since I had two sets of glasses, with one set being sunglasses, I didn't really question it. Today I pulled out the receipt and realized $30 of it was something they didn't say they were adding onto the bill or gave me a chance to opt out of. Been going here a few years, always had great experiences. This tactic just makes me think of shady car dealerships tacking add-on additional fees. I've been going here for a couple of years, and enjoy the pricing and quickness of the service, but I don't appreciate having things like this added to my bill hoping I don't notice or question it.
