Denise was fantastic!! She took time to listen about my concerns and immediately took care of the problem!! Honestly this is exactly how a business should be. Lots of frame options in all price ranges. Using my vision insurance, the offered deal of a second paid free they advertised was LEGIT and I have a second pair of glasses that cost me nothing and look amazing! The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. Glasses were ready within an HOUR and I left with both pair same day!
- KKKatieDec 16, 20255.0I had two pairs of Bvlgari glasses that had temple pieces break off. They were my favorite glasses and I was so sad when it happened. Then, when I finally found the parts to fix them, it was impossible for me to do on my own because they had spring hinges. I brought them in and Qandeel was able to replace all of the temples (even the ones still attached), which was definitely not easy. And it was free of charge! I am so, so happy my favorite glasses are wearable again and would absolutely recommend this location. I will be back to get updated prescriptions for my newly fixed glasses, for sure.
