Absolutely awful place. Staff is completely unprofessional. Jessica (manager) rips phones out of hands and talks down to older customers. She consistently interrupts and is frankly just too young to be the manager. Ed man-splains everything. Mike can never just stick to a topic and feels like he’s selling the corporation instead of a healthy lifestyle. I used to love a couple of workers there but I have seen them leave which really ruined the morale in the gym. Mangers change faster than underwear so nothing stays for very long. Haven’t tried other locations but WOW this one is awful.

Today was my birthday and I chose to begin my day with FitWorks and the gang. I have been coming to them since they came to Cleveland. I am very fortunate to be able to spend time with my friends in Anita's class. I hope everyone has a wonderful day

I love this place. It loves me.I can come in here privately, anytime I want.I can only use the bicycle because I can't stand up because of back pain because of aedy six years old, but to come here is my refugee.I love it

I have logged to gyms for most of my adult life. Now that I am retired and belong to the silver sneakers program, I could go anywhere I want, but I choose to go to the Wilson Mills FITWORKS as they have all the equipment I need, staff is wonderful. One of the best things about this gym is the variety of classes that you can take and a lot of people take advantage of it and now we get a good workout, but also make good friends.

I’ve been training at FitWorks Parma and Rocky River for over 3 years consistently and have respected the facility and its rules, and have never had a SINGLE issue. However, within my 2 months coming here my recent interactions with the General Manager “Jessica” were extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing gym etiquette in a professional and respectful manner, the approach was unnecessarily rude and condescending. There’s a big difference between enforcing standards and speaking down to paying members. I was working out and so was she (unknowing she was GM at this time due to her being in street clothes) and she decided to come up to me during my workout and tell me to move some weights. Totally understand but she does need to fix her attitude. I can tell this is probably her first time being a “boss” somewhere and if not that is even more concerning. I am a boss of a business myself and she needs to go through a lot of more training especially on how to talk to her customers…I also felt targeted by her and how she decided to approach me as I’m doing a set. That’s something you don’t do in a gym and you never know the reason why someone is there. She also approached me a few days after in front of other guests as I’m taking someone else’s weight off my rack (which is what she was upset about with me days before). She also threatened me with (You can leave my gym right now) after I defended myself and called her out for her rudeness and unprofessionalism. Leadership sets the tone for a gym’s culture. Unfortunately, the tone I experienced felt more like a power trip than professional management. I hope ownership re-evaluates how members are approached moving forward. Seems like she knew this review was coming as I stated that day I would be leaving a negative review (Hence the previous reviews). Definitely will NOT be returning here and having my workout interrupted by JESS anymore!
