  I go to Kroger's Pharmacy this evening to pick up prescriptions. Decided to go through the drive thru. One car ahead of us. YAY. I will get in and out. They leave, we pull up, sent in the credit card to pay. We sat there for about 5 mins. I happened to look over and saw the blind was pulled down. I was like hmmm pull around. When I went inside I was told, well do you see the blind is pulled down, and we don't use the drive-thru unless you call in first. Hmmm false, I was through the drive-thru a week ago. I said mam, the car ahead of me received their prescription, it is obvious we were out there and hit the call button and was ignored. She said, yes, the drive thru is closed. This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. To bad, I don't have other options close by.

  This pharmacy is seriously understaffed for a job this crucial the company should understand it is a problem , you need to hire some more people also you closed the door closest to the pharmacy .I use a cane and the drive thru isn’t always open … I feel like I’m in a warehouse in your store if it isn’t making the store money they look the other way . I stopped buying groceries here during Covid ..you want giant eagle prices with a worse than Walmart experience.

  They closed off the doors closest to the pharmacy, making customers walk to the main entrance and through the store to wait in line to pick up scripts, then walk back through the store to exit the main entrance if they weren't shopping for groceries.
