    Kroger spends alot of marketing dollars on vaccines for customers. Been there twice with appointment. Waited 45 minutes 1st time and half hr 2nd. Both times excuse was only one pharmacist there. Lindsey "vaccine specialist" gave me my last shot. Not the pharmacist. They joke around chatting with each other until you complain. Then notice you've waiting. Never again.

    Woild give no stars if i could. Constantly have to fight with them about filling my sleep medicine. Do better.

    I have had multiple bad experiences at this pharmacy. I have to call every time to request a med be filled the day after it was sent in. Then it’s still never ready at the time they told me. They always just act like “oh well, your time isn’t important”. Kroger is the closest to me, but I’m willing to drive further for actual customer service.

    They lost my prescription. Not the first time. This has happened so many times. At first they seemed to care about finding it. Not anymore. The only response provided is "talk to your doctor". The Doctors office had to call them to tell them how to use thier own equipment. I can no long give them the benefit of the doubt. Add in that the drive through is never open, and they are closed for an hour during lunch. This is no longer a convenient pharmacy.

    I try to be understanding and don't care if they ha e to order my script. I do care if they tell me to wait 45 minutes then call me in the store when it is suppose to be ready and say it will be 2 days. Last time it took 4 days and was a nightmare to get. Told me a pill didn't come in a dose which it did. Questioned the doc. I think it is time to drive farther for better service. Time before took days for eye drops. The delivery company or ordering process needs serious help.
