  This hearing aid office refuses to send their patient's medical records to any other doctor's office or even to the client themselves. I do not recommend if you want access to your own medical records. 0/5

  We received a free hearing evaluation in the mail from the Heath Miracle Ear location and decided to accept the offer. I have to admit I was very skeptical that this evaluation would result in the push of purchasing their hearing aid product. We were pleasantly greeted by Molly the receptionist and Ron who conducted the evaluation. Ron spent a lot of time explaining to us how the how the hearing process works and what causes hearing loss and how hearing loss can affect a person very negatively in several ways Ron conducted a very comprehensive hearing evaluation on both of us and throughly explained the results to each of us which was we both tested in the range of not needing hearing assistance. If there is a change in our hearing in the future we will definitely return to this location for another evaluation. We highly recommend Miracle Ear Heath for fair and honest hearing evaluation.

  Molly was so helpful when my dad’s hearing aids needed repaired. She was able to fix them right away while I waited making it so my dad didn’t have to be long without them. Thank you so much, we really appreciate the service provided!

  Molly and Ron are truly incredible in every way. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel instantly welcomed, safe, and completely at home. They never rush you and take all the time needed to truly listen, making sure every concern is heard and every question is answered with care. Their kindness, patience, and genuine compassion shine through in everything they do, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they help. That level of dedication is so rare, and it makes an experience with them feel incredibly special. I’m so grateful for them and can’t recommend them enough.

  Such a nice pleasant experience. My husband ended up with hearing aides and it’s been a huge change for him. We both appreciated the friendly no pressure atmosphere… We would recommend miracle-ear to everyone..!
