- CWCindy WeiserApr 17, 20231.0Called Kroger because they left a automated voice mail that a prescription of mine was ready to be refilled didn’t say which refill so I called them this morning they was very RUDE and said it was a courtesy call and I would have to see what prescription needed refilled because they didn’t know which one needed refilled well there was no refill that needed refilled, so how is it a courtesy call if they don’t know and I’m supposed to know, so if there is no prescription needed refilled don’t call me and when I call you don’t say” I’m not going to argue without” and than she stated if this call doesn’t help you don’t listen to it .Terrible customer service.
