- CBCat BarOct 28, 20251.0They did nothing for what I went there for. Every time I go there my blood pressure is always high. They sent me over to emergency since my BP was very high. Once I got over to emergency it was fine. I will not go there again.

The woman at the front desk was so incredibly personable, and made me feel super comfortable! I am usually anxious at any sort of appointment (and a big hypochondriac lol), but she made me feel so welcome! Kelsey, the NP, was so knowledgeable, and talked me through exactly what was going on, and was making a huge effort to educate me on what was happening with my health. I absolutely recommend!!

- MBMarisa BurseAug 8, 20241.0If I could give zero I ABSOLUTELY would. Disgusting service. We had an insurance issue and they refused to fix it. Instead told me I needed to self pay. I said never-mind we will take our business elsewhere and get the care we need. The NP who lacks any necessary professionalism, decides to raise her voice and start repeatedly saying "TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THEN, OK!" I told her not to talk to me that way and be disrespectful and as I was walking away she continued to yell at me across the store, repeatedly! I came back to tell her she was being incredibly rude and shouldn't talk to people that way and she threatened to call security and told me to "get out of her store". All because their front desk person was incredibly clueless about how insurances work. We will wait the extra day and see our PCP where we receive quality care and excellent customer service from now on. Not worth slumming it here.

The staff seemed to know their stuff. After my appointment, I walked about 20 feet from the clinic to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. Easy!
