  Finally switched back to Kroger since they take tricare again and we get there to pick up script hand her the military id and she didn’t know how to add it. She was going to make us pay out of pocket bc she couldn’t figure it out we ended up having to switch to a different pharmacy bc she were SOL. She was super sweet and nice but I would train your tech’s on how to add military insurance because it’s not a normal insurance card it’s just the military ID.

  As much as I would like to give this pharmacy 5 stars because I know they work hard, I simply cannot because everytime I go there is always a problem. Either computers are running slow, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medications in stock or saying my doctor never called in the script when they did, or the long lines... the frustrations alone should be enough for every patient to get free anxiety medication for just filling your script here! I feel like there is constant turn over with the pharmacy technicians so they’re constantly training people (which is great) but do the training over times that you know the pharmacy isn’t busy! Additionally, get yourselves organized please... I constantly hear nothing but excuses as to why medications aren’t being filled or why they can’t fill them for reasons that are simply invalid. This is a highly frustrating place to go! Simply avoid!!

  Isn't even worth it. Every time I go to this pharmacy I have some type of problem.
