- HDHayley DozierOct 15, 20252.0Finally switched back to Kroger since they take tricare again and we get there to pick up script hand her the military id and she didn’t know how to add it. She was going to make us pay out of pocket bc she couldn’t figure it out we ended up having to switch to a different pharmacy bc she were SOL. She was super sweet and nice but I would train your tech’s on how to add military insurance because it’s not a normal insurance card it’s just the military ID.
