  This place is bad. First of all, they take FOREVER to answer the calls. Now they are telling me that I have to wait til June to get my birth control when I keep telling them that it’s URGENT. They never listen. The doctor gives me a weird look when I’m talking to her as if I’m crazy when I’m not? This is a terrible place. I don’t recommend.

  I honestly do not like this doctor office. The first pediatrician that my son had here was horrible. She didn't really listen to my concerns that had concerning my son. Reasons why she was horrible: 1. My son has a sacral dimple and she just looked at it and said "it's fine" without telling me anything about it besides the name. 2. Ever since his first bath at home, one of his eyes always had discharge from it with excessive watering. I told her about it and she just looked at it and did nothing beyond that. She didn't tell me what it could be, she didn't tell me how to treat it. The problem did eventually clear up on it's own. 3. He also has a lip tie that affected my breastfeeding. I told her the pain it was causing me and again, she said "it's fine" with nothing beyond that. No telling me what the problems the lip tie could cause him in the future, nothing at all. Now, to the problem I have with the doctor's office. *During multiple visits for his shots, a few of the nurses did not sign the yellow immunization record booklet when I specifically gave it to them to sign. They instead gave me print out copies of the shot records. That irritates me. I do not want print out copies, I want the booklet signed. What's the point of having the booklet if the nurses won't sign it?

  Tera Howard is by far my favorite provider I’ve seen at primary, she was so concerned and helpful! Great attitude, and quick to do anything she could to help me! That was my fastest visit but still the most successful one as far as feeling I was heard in my concerns and that they were addressed!
