  I was literally there for 5 minutes. The nurse didn't even bother to weigh me...just asked how much I weighed. I had a virus linger for over a week. I thought that I would have it checked out. I was miserable. Coughing up a lung every 5 minutes. An Rx was sent to the pharmacy. I asked when it would be done and was met with🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I would also give the pharmacy 1 star, because 4 hours later... nothing. So, another night of no sleep and coughing. 👎👎👎

  Don't ever make an appointment to this walk in clinic inside a grocery store, cause if u do and can't make it for an emergency they will charge u $20. Also, they discriminate cause they charge everyone the $20 no show fee except for people on medicaid. Just because a person has a job with insurance doesn't mean they can afford to be charged extra, especially with the high cost of everything these days. There are walk in clinics everywhere these days, will never go back to the little clinic.

  The MA & Practicnor... both were very respectful, sweet, knowledgeable, and caring. I was diagnosed with bronchitis in both lungs, given a full work to be prescribed the correct dosage amounts and then I was allowed to leave. Will definitely come back, if ever needed!

  Very poor customer service. Was turned away when we showed up over an hour before closing and only 1 person in waiting room. Returned next day around 11 AM and was turned away again and told they wouldn't see us until 2pm when they came back from lunch and again ONLY 1 person in waiting room. We will never return to this location!
