Walked in to the walk in clinic and was told that they don't do walk in appointments. Since when? I was there not long ago and sat waiting for my appointment while 2 other people walked in and got taken ahead of me, with no appointments. If you are going to change your entire setup, it would be nice of you to put that information somewhere on the website.

Since we didn't have an appointment at a walk in clinic they said it would be a 2 hour wait. No one in the waiting area or anything. I'd like to hear an explanation for this one.
