  This places is such a joke, they make appointment and then literally 24 hours later they cancel my appointment, so I’m in the search for a new pediatrician that is currently taking new patients.

  I saw a doctor armentrout for back n neck pain n told him i wanted to c a chiropractor. He did not even examine my back or neck but only directed me to do couple range of motion exercises to c extent of any limitations. He prescribed physical therapy for weeks on end. I finally get to a chiropractor when my back n neck had really calmed down n all she did was touch it in low spine area n i almost hollered. She said my back was too inflamed to adjust and charged $75 for new office interview. But since doctor armentrout never put in prior authorization i have called AND gone in personally2front desk about this n no one calls back 3-4 times, i have tried - i will have to pay this to avoid hitting my credit - despite paying hundreds of dollars monthly for medical coverage. This is absurd! I should not have an impossible time getting return calls or the prior authorization for chiropractic care. Ive tried 5-6 times now, to get this when it should been done on the original visit i pay for doctor thru health coverage. Still i m refused this repeatedly or even courtesy of a return call over and over. Disgusted!

  My wife and I had an appointment t 1:00pm today. Have called repeatedly to try and reschedule due to a flat tire as we came out of our ultrasound appointment at Mercy at 12:35. Everytime we are calling we are getting hung up on. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied with the bedside manner.
