I wouldn’t recommend Hamilton Planet Fitness to anyone.

However, recently, they hired a new personal trainer who has made my gym experience insufferable at times. I have overheard this trainer, who I believe is named Zack, comment rudely about various different women who enter the building. He has made unkind and judgemental remarks about women's bodies, and repeatedly made inappropriate remarks towards women as well. I thought this gym was supposed to be safe, friendly, and non-judgemental environment, but this hiring choice goes against everything they claim. Now, every time I enter this gym, I have to worry about being made fun of or mocked for body image. This has ruined my gym experience and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman in the gym, especially after he made fun of a woman for asking for a tampon, even though she wasn't talking to him. After this recurring experience, I might be seeking out another gym.
