I had a very good experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the background music particularly (90s soft rock). Lol I feel that I got good value.

It's unfortunate that I have to give only 2 stars. First of all my greeting was warm and welcoming and then I was told to see "Harley" at the sign in area, she was probably the rudest person in customer service that I have came across in decades. Her tone, her words AND her demeanor. I expressed to her that she was coming across very rude and she said that she was not and then got worse with her tone. She represents this place of business poorly.
Several people went ahead of me for their exam, can't help.but to feel this was on purpose because of my interaction with Harley, and also since 3 of the people that went ahead of me told me their appointment times and theirs were after mine. I waited 50 minutes to be seen. Needless to say I did not want glasses from this location.

My experience at this Pearle Vision has been awful. My longtime eye doctor had suddenly retired and I had eye irritation and needed to get in somewhere as soon as possible. Making an appointment here was the only easy step in my experience with this business. My first appointment I waited in standing room only for over two hours to be seen. When I was seen, I felt like the doctor gave me steroid drops but didn’t really explain what might be wrong or side effects of raised eye pressure from these drops. She casually said it as I was about to leave. I had asked if I should wait to get glasses or contacts due to irritation and she said no because it wasn’t impacting my vision. I ordered glasses, which ended up being the most expensive pair I have purchased in my 41 years of wearing glasses. No one ever called to tell me my glasses were ready and when I called and came to get them, my husband and I both thought these couldn’t possibly be the glasses I ordered due to a cheap looking gold with fake diamonds on the temple side bars. This has never been my style or something I would willingly pay for and wear. I paid more money to have the frames switched out. It also turns out that the contact portion of my eye exam wasn’t completed and I would need to pay more and schedule another visit to get this done. Now, I am still waiting on these expensive glasses with no clear answer when or if they will ever arrive. Unless you like long waits and mysteries, I would NOT go to this location.
