- JWJayson Woebkenberg1 day ago1.0I went there to get my new eyeglass script filled and was accosted by the General Manager Betty Sue Biederman.. she eaves dropped on a private conversation I was having with another customer about Ray Ban Glasses needing to be made in Italy not China, Taiwan or Mexico... she was combative, rude and loud... she also wanted to argue and when I requested to speak to her boss.. she said "he is in Cancun" and refused to provide contact info... I am Developmentaly Disabled so this interaction upset me greatly.. my times was wasted and it's valuable and not easy mobility wise as I am an Amputee so it's difficult for me to get to run errands and get around.. now I have to re book my ride, and pay more money because I don't feel comfortable or safe returning to that location and working with someone who values my time and patronage

The dr was amazing she listened and wanted to know our concerns and issues and the technicians and employees were extremely helpful with both cost and insurance coverage! I would go back and I would recommend them to everyone!
