  The lady was very rude my prescription was sent over around 3:00pm I arrived @6:30 waited in the longest line ever. Ask the lady how much longer do she think it will be she got very smart and said she don’t know and made a comment about my condition I got the prescription sent to cvs and it got filled very quickly I will not go back to krogers anymore.

  Very slow to fill prescriptions. The nurse at my doctor’s office accidentally called my prescription to Walmart, where I used to get my prescriptions. She then called it in to this the Hamilton Kroger pharmacy where I had my prescriptions transferred to because of the better prices. Walmart notifies later that day my prescriptions were ready. The Kroger pharmacy said it was in process. That’s what I was told for 5 days before they finally got around to filling my prescriptions.

  We have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years, are there times when they are crazy busy, well sure.....that's what let's you know how great they are - everyone goes there!!!! One thing I can tell you for sure, they truly care about their patients, if you give them a chance, they will not only become your friends but they will begin to become like extended family. You will feel like when you are in the store just to get a couple of things you should still swing by and wave hello! We are all human, everyone has a bad day occasionally, so if you catch one of them on a bad day, cut them some slack because 98% of the time they are having GREAT DAYS!!! That's why we have been going there for 20 plus years. Thank you to the Kroger Pharmacy Family for not only taking care of our prescription needs but caring for us as a family also, you're AWESOME!!!
