I’m a provider and I was attempting to call and speak to someone regarding a prescription I sent for a patient to see if there were more cost effective options or coupons we could use. All they did was leave the phone ringing off the hook and I spent >30 minutes trying to contact them. That’s blatant carelessness in serving your patients and the providers attempting to give the best care.
