    Show up at 7:57 and an armed guard said the pharmacy was closed. Why does this very slow pharmacy need armed guards now?

    Hour wait times: check Rude Staff: check Not having prescriptions ready even though you were told they'd be ready: check I transferred some prescriptions here after moving, and after a handful of visits, every single one of which was miserable, I now happily drive twice the distance to visit a competent pharmacy instead of this dumpster fire. Being told your medication would be ready by 2 on a Wednesday, then showing up there at 4 that Wednesday, only to be told that they don't have it, and it could be ready by noon on Friday is ridiculous. I mean, it's medication, it's not like we need it to live or anything...... oh wait..... yea, that's exactly what we need it for. Thanks for literally not caring about the lives of human beings. Or another time, when you show up, and are told that they didn't fill it because of an insurance issue, and to come back the next day if I urgently need it....... Did I ask you to fill it? Yes. Did you agree to fill it? Yes. Did I show up ready to pay when you said it would be there? Yes. Was it there? Nope. Any attempt to contact me after you made the decision to not fill it? Nope.

    Brandy is overworked and it comes out as poor professionalism. After my 'script card was declined, I had to call back twice over the course of the 3 hours I was on the phone trying to straighten out the situation. Both times I got Brandy, both times she was snotty. It was like pulling teeth to get her to confirm the dates they had. It turns out, the error was in fact on their side. Had they double checked the first time as I asked, or the second instead of rushing me off the phone my prescription would have been filled yesterday and I would not have lost half of my work day on the phone chasing phantoms.
