She's literally had strep all week and for some reason they couldn't get the results for a damn week. They told her a 2 day turn around. Absolute disgrace of a medical facility. Quacks at the helm
- AKAlex KrempaskySep 14, 20211.0This isn’t the first issue I’ve had getting care here, but it’s the first time I’ve needed to say something about it. I walked in the other day to get my sinuses/ent checked out in case it would be covid, but you need an appointment. That’s fine, not a problem. I made an appointment at the earliest available time, and waited 3 days to get seen. The appointment day comes around, hit construction traffic on Groveport road and pull in 5 mins after my official time, just to be told I had to reschedule. At first I thought the receptionist was trying to be funny, but no. This is the second time this week I’ve been denied care by this clinic, and the third time this year - which they refused to take a look at my foot after I stepped on a screw. I was always under the impression that these little clinics were supposed to take patients that weren’t ER worthy, even during covid. I will never seek help at this clinic again nor will I tell other people to. As a former Kroger employee, I’m ashamed of this operation and the care they claim to administer. It is far from reliable, let alone helping Franklin county battle covid-19. And after all of this, I still don’t know if I have a sinus infection or covid.
