  Couldn't ask for a better team of professionals who take pride and great care in taking care of patients!! It wasn't an easy transition for me after having gone to the same dentist my whole life, but they were outstanding and really care about the comfort and care of their patients!

  OUDC is the best dentist!! Dr. Pelkey is an amazing dentist. I had a root canal done 12 years ago and recently cracked my tooth, went in to talk with staff to see if anything could be done they got me in the same day he was very honest gave me options wasn’t pushy and made me very comfortable. I ended up getting an extraction. Dr. Pelkey made sure I was comfortable the whole visit and gave me info on what step he going to take next and made sure I was doing ok during this procedure. This office didn’t have to do anything considering they don’t accept my current insurance anymore but because he truly cares about his patients and the health of his patients he did with no hesitation. There is no where else I will go but OUDC. I am switching my insurance just so I can go specifically to this location!!!

  The entire staff is so friendly and comforting in an otherwise at times intimidating environment. Dr. Pelkey always talks through the entire procedure easing what can be nervous or high anxiety situations. Both he and his assistants are very patient and always listen and provide as much information necessary to satisfy questions. I have had wisdom teeth pulled, root canals, and cavities filled over the years. The front desk are always cheerful and have always promptly returned my calls.

  I’ll be the first to admit it, I very much dislike Dentists. I’ve always had bad experiences anywhere I’ve gone. They almost always make you feel so guilty for smoking or not flossing or the condition of your mouth and teeth. BUT NOT HERE!!! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Andrew Huber!! What a great, amazing, wonderful, awesome, caring individual. I’d been having terrible tooth pain for about a week and a half and kept praying the pain would magically go away. News flash-it didn’t go away!! When I was seen today, Monday, December the 15th at 8am the receptionist greeted me right away with “Hello Robert” right as I walked in those doors. She had never met me before but knew it had to be me! That right there set the tone for the entire experience! Now I did have to wait an entire 45 seconds in the waiting room before I was brought back, talk about fast! They then took the X-Rays that were needed to find the cause of my pain. The Hygienist was so nice and patient with me and did a great job explaining everything she was doing and why it needed done. Then walks in Dr. Andrew Huber! I can only describe him as a super hero! He let me know my options with pricing and gave me time to make my decision. He didn’t rush me and knew I was very nervous. I went with getting my tooth pulled out. I thought, surely I’ll need to schedule that for a different day….NOPE!!! He says “Let’s get that bad boy out of there right now!” Ha, jokes on him, I HATE NEEDLES!! I warn him I’m a big baby with needles and sorry in advance. Talk about almost painless with those shots!! I actually didn’t curse him out. Usually I am terrible and make a big scene but he gave those shots like a PRO, a true SUPER HERO. I could go on and on and on about my experience. I’ll stop now and just say a HUGE THANKS to Dr. Andrew, the super hero, Huber and the rest of the staff at Ohio Urgent Dental Care for allowing me to arrive in terrible pain and to leave pain free in less than 1.5 hours. Could have been quicker if I didn’t have to take all the time to make my final decision!! MUCH LOVE!!❤️

  I came in as a walk-in in excruciating pain… everyone was so sweet to me and did their best to get me in and comfortable as quickly as possible. So thankful for this team!
