  Apparently they need to update their hours. They were closed at 6:45pm on a Thursday when they are suppose to be open through 7pm.

  Went in to buy some vitamins and protein powder but not sure what kind to get. Two young gentleman that worked there didn’t even acknowledge my existence, talking about a movie, and dropped the F Bomb like it was no big deal. They were more worried about socializing than helping the only customer in the store. Headed to another GNC to get the help I need. It is very sad these young kids don’t care about customer service anymore. Very disappointed!!

  I went yesterday to return a product that was causing some side effects I didn’t like. The sales associate was extremely rude. I was just trying to come return and ask questions about the product in hope for some understanding and insight. Instead, I felt undermined and stupid for even trying. Store itself was clean but there was an off smell. Almost like sewer.
