So disappointed in Dr. Kurtz, been going here for over 20 years. My husband had a root canal by his Son(first time being seen by him) and it was a complete failure, we've been back 3or 4 times for it in the last 2 yrs, we went for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed the work was bad so we requested to be seen by Robyn Kurtz for any further treatment on this tooth. My husband had an appt today and they basically broke up with us! Dr. Robyn looked at it and told him to go somewhere else, even the girl at the front desk was mean, they had decided before we got there he wasn't gonna treat this tooth and we were fired. Not sure if it was the 2nd opinion that upset them or the fact that we asked to be seen by Sr. Instead of Jr? All these years, 1 issue and were divorced..😤

I switched dentists due to insurance reasons. My former dentist quit taking my insurance a few years ago, and I really liked him so I still continued to go to him and pay the out of network price. It was just getting too costly for all that, so I decided to make a change. I went to Dr Robin Kurtz and was very pleased. The staff is wonderful! So helpful and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and get established as a new patient before I have any issues. Clean, relaxing environment! Thank you Smile Group.

The Gentle Dentist is for Michigan fans. Kidding! The Smile Design Group is where it's at! 😁 I'm no fan of ANY Dentist, but if I were, I'd go here every single time. And I do. I continue to go every 6 months like a good little boy. I'm not judged. I'm not judged on what I'm streaming on Netflix. Nothing. If you need a Dentist, I recommend this place. Go Bucks!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Smile Design Group

Why are my teeth sensitive?

Tooth sensitivity often occurs due to gum recession, which exposes the underlying dentin. This exposed dentin allows easier access for temperature changes and food particles to reach the sensitive nerve endings. There are various treatment options available, including specialized toothpastes, gels, and dental procedures. We recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your specific case and determine the most effective solution for your sensitive teeth.

What should I do to prevent gum disease and tooth decay?

Maintaining excellent oral hygiene at home is crucial for preventing gum disease and tooth decay. Consistently brushing and flossing daily forms the foundation of good oral health. By adhering to a regular oral care routine, you significantly reduce the risk of developing gingivitis or tooth decay as you age. We recommend brushing twice daily and flossing at least once a day for optimal results.
