I have been to other Little Clinics in the area and I have never had an experience that left this bad of a taste. I will never use this location. If you hate your job, you have to treat people like they are inconveniencing you get a different job!

Then **after** waiting patiently in the lobby for an hour, I was told by a staff member that they have no time for walk in appointments today. If you have no time why was the appointment even accepted?? And why could no one say that before wasting an hour of my time?? Why do you even advertise your clinic as a walk-in clinic?
- AFAmy FAug 4, 20171.0Absolutely horrible! I went in before leaving town because I felt horrible. Was supposed to (so I thought) be treated for double ear & pneumonia. I was put on a Z pack & prednisone. I completed the meds and am miserable stuck 2 states away, ear pain to where there is numbness in my face. I called to ask them to call me in something else. I explained I am trying to get back from TN. The nurse who saw me did not chart correctly the 2nd nurse I talked to was rude & clearly did not have much consideration for patient care. I will definitely never be going back. Maybe an okay place for sports physicals, but don't go there if you're actually sick.
