Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

But when the staff started asking me to lie about insurance paperwork to "get it to go through" I had to walk away. Nothing says scam like when they're starting out asking you to lie on insurance paperwork. NEVER go here. The fact that they then brought out a 2nd lady to say the same thing then offered me to do it "on paper" instead of a tablet & wanted to argue about it not being a lie... Any time you're not telling the truth... it's a lie. Lying about insurance is fraud & I don't need mixed up in that crazy nonsense. I'll go to a different dr.
