I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a year. There’s two people who are friendly. One girl who must be a tech who has red dye in her hair and one pharmacist with brunette hair probably in her 30’s. The rest of the staff is absolutely insufferable to deal with. I work in healthcare and have tried to be friendly no matter what when I go in for over a year and there’s just no amount of excuses I can make up in my own head for them now.
Outside of taking days on end to fill scripts that are entirely in stock (it makes no sense and have confirmed with their own workers over the phone but yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt), the workers treat every person like they are an absolute impediment upon their day.
Not only can you hear the frustration in their voice, they use zero people skills and self control to not take it out on the next person.
I’d say I’m mind blown that they’ve been able to keep their job but the entire staff is like this besides 2 people. That’s a management down problem, no one’s even attempting to fix it. This is the only Kroger pharmacy out of the dozens I’ve used where every single experience is a horrible one.
This morning after getting growled at but some lady who clearly despises her job, people, or life itself. . . after simply calling in to check if my medication was in stock this month for my script that was currently at the pharmacy (last month it was out of stock and I had to move it, totally ok) I’m finally fed up and moved my medication to S. High.
I’d rather permanently drive another 15 mins to the S. High Kroger than deal with the insufferable, irrational employees at the Stringtown Rd location.

Shout out and a huge thank you to some of the best Pharmacy Techs on the world. Kroger Pharmacy cares about every concern I have regarding shots, medicines or any over the counter medicine. If you want a Pharmacy thar cares, that still believes in service, look no further.
