- TWTina WyseDec 11, 20255.0Home Insted of Granville has been a great resource to keep Mom in her home the last few years. Dana keeps things organized making sure the care givers know what needs to be done and does monthly in home assessments to make sure Mom's needs are being met. Mindy keeps the schedule intact and let's me know when care giver's are unable to be there and what care giver will replace them. Wendy is an excellent care giver when I was there she came in introduced herself washed her hands and went right to work, she knows what needs to be done and does it with excellence. Mom loves the extra touches Wendy brings like taking her on a drive to see fall colors, getting a treat at a drive through and taking her to appointments. Erika was able to identify a change in health status and had Mom call me which led to a doctor appointment and x-rays. All her care givers have been very caring, from cleaning, cooking, laundry, walks, talks and baking treats. I would recommend Home Insted for anyone who needs a little extra help to stay in their home.

They were in their home three days a week, three or four hours a day. The workers were very professional and very conversational with our parents. Anything they needed or wanted helped with they were very cordial and polite with our parents. We had them for three months or so before we had to move them into assisted independent living would highly recommend them to anyone needing in-home care
