Did not receive additional information about other practitioner. When asked about Co-pay /fees, I was told my insurance would pay for it. Only via text was I told that there is a 100 cancelation fee. Was not asked if Text messages are acceptable for medical. And, according to the medical billing assistant, I apparently have PTSD... got to love medicalized language from the front desk! DO NOT CONTACT!
