- SAshantanna aburokbehJan 2, 20201.0The prescription bottle that my daughter's medication is dispensed in has a plastic stopper inserted in the top. You then insert syringe into the stopper, turn bottle upside down, and pull plunger to retrieve her medicine. As I was doing this, the stopper came out of the bottle spilling everywhere. Kroger pharmacy told me there was nothing they could do until time to fill again. These stoppers are meant to be permanent and the only way to remove once inserted is to damage the stopper and or bottle. My 4 yr old suffers a neurological condition and requires this medication daily. Will def be transferring back to giant eagle.
