    As a Miracle Ear customer for the past 2 years I've been totally satisfied with the service and support that Nick and Angela have given. Nick has always kept me updated and serviced my hearing aids even when I wasn't aware they may have needed such care. Nice to receive such service and care.

    I brought my mom to this location. Top notch care and attention. Nick and Angela are so good at what they do. We never felt rushed. All of our questions were answered. We left feeling very satisfied. We will definitely be returning.

    Nicholas, the Hearing Aid Specialist, is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain what to expect from the hearing aids. Scheduling appointments to resolve any questions is never a problem.

    What an amazing experience I had with miracle ear, from the moment walking in being greeted by Angela with such a welcoming nature and offering any refreshments to make me comfortable and assisting with everything required to complete the necessary paperwork, then onto Nick with his incredible delivery of the whole process of completing the hearing test, explaining in detail every piece of information of what the test showed to fitting the hearing aids, he is so passionate about his profession and I'm so grateful for the time he gave to be thorough and caring, Thank you to the team at Miracle Ear Gahanna for an unforgettable experience.
