I've had issues with them not informing me that they were out of generic and automatically filling the name brand which isn't covered by my insurance. I tried to call 3 different days this month to refill my prescription and couldn't get through. I either got put on hold until it disconnected or it just rang. I called the pataskala kroger and was able to reach them and get my prescription filled right away. Don't waste your time here.

Did not care that THEY filled the wrong prescription, that I would not have the correct dosage because of their mistake, and the manager refused to take my calls or call me back. Not to mention THEIR clerk took it upon herself to send my prescription to another pharmacy without my knowledge, causing the entire experience, no fault of mine. Do not use this pharmacy. They do not care about you or your wellbeing.
