The first time we picked up the prescription, they did not provide us with any syringes. The second time, the bottle did not have the topper that the syringe fits into. I returned a couple days later to get the topper. The older male pharmacist was there and was a bit rude as it did not appear that this topper fit until he used his entire upper body force to push it in. This pharmacist has been rude to me in the past when I’ve asked for assistance when looking for a medication over the counter. I do not plan to continue using this pharmacy because I do not feel like I am getting friendly or helpful customer service that I would expect.

They are always interrupting me or speaking to me like I’m stupid. The way they talk is so unprofessional. I call and ask if my birth control is ready or not and they go “uhh I don’t know” well maybe you could go check for me???? Never had a good over the phone experience with any of the workers.

This was the second time I went to pick up a promised prescription and it was not ready. First time he accused me of not getting a call confirming the prescription. This time I was told there were no refills when I asked why Noone called me he could have cared less. Qhen I went to get my COVID booster i was interrogated by every pharmacy tech as to why I should qualify. I work in health care and was in tier 1A to even qualify for a booster now. I will not be treated as though I am insignificant by this staff any longer.
