I went home and checked my credit cards. No charge to Kroger. I called and again I was told I had picked it up. I said I was more worried that someone may be using the wrong drug. Again, I felt they didn’t care. Then I called my doctor and my insurance with no help. I called Kroger back and asked if they could tell me the last couple of numbers of the credit card that was used. After a hold I was told that the situation was straightened out and my drug was ready to be picked up. I thought maybe they would at least appologize. No.
