    It’s bizarre to see so many negative reviews because I’ve been going to Kroger for years and haven’t had any problems. The opposite, really. I’ve had issues with my doctors sending over my prescription wrong and Kroger caught it. I also had an issue with my doctor not responding to a request for a refill for roughly 2 weeks. Kroger gave me an emergency supply. Then when I was really starting to panic about my doctor not responding, I called the pharmacy and asked what they thought I should do. The employee (I think her name is Carissa?) was relentless and by the end of the day, the office had sent over my prescription. They’ve been so helpful over the years. Especially this time.

    This is literally the only Pharmacy where I've had to wait hours for a prescription. Every other Pharmacy I've been to has the prescription ready within 15 minutes.

    They told me I could get my happy shot anytime before 8:00 p.m. while they were open. I got there about 10 minutes before they closed and I was told there wasn't enough time. If there is a cut off time to how early you have to be there, you need to tell that person when you call them.
