My daughter went to pick up prescriptions and received 1 of the 3. I called the pharmacy, was put on hold numerous times then was told they sent the other 2 back. I explained that I had called and they didn't care. Incompetence at its best. This is not the first time Incompetence has prevailed!

Heard an audible sigh, shortly after the call was disconnected. 2nd time I explained line was disconnected but trying to reach pharmacist Becky. Person responds with, "I am Becky." I ask my question she puts me on hold. Call goes to voicemail and disconnects. 3rd time I get the tech who tells me Becky is giving a vaccine and what do I need... I need the pharmacist... she repeats monotoned, "what can I help you with" Nothing. I need the pharmacist. By the time I get Becky on the line she is impatient in her responses, adds that she doesn't work at this location as if that should explain her demeanor. She refused to tell me if a partial refill is possible if their warehouse order doesn't come in. What is that about? I've never had them flat out refuse to say yes I've got this amount in stock and your Dr. will just need to write a new script for the difference in quantity. I'm just trying to be proactive with my refill so I'm not going cold turkey 10+ days AGAIN.
