  I feel so happy, safe, and cared for by the owners and yoga teachers when I take a class at yoga six. I come here and get the best workout (sculpt, power, hot) or I come and relax with restore or a slow flow if I wanna mix of both workout and relax. There is such a variety of classes and no matter your skill level you will feel welcomed and supported! Cassie's power class is my favorite class and she is truly the best yoga teacher. She cares so deeply for every individual who comes into her class. Jessie and Cassie have amazing sculpt classes and Jon teaches a great slow flow and hot on Saturdays! You cannot go wrong with any class or teacher!!

  Nicole taught a GREAT Sculpt + Flow!! Her energy is infectious, music was AWESOME, and her flow was challenging and seamless. Highly recommend!
