  Quest moved to Rocky River. Nice office. Walked in, signed in, Mary came and got me. Such a great lady. So gentle also in taking blood. No issues

  The ladies that work here are nothing but amazing. They get you in extremely fast. They are friendly and make every unpleasant procedure fast and with minimal discomfort.

  Terrible wait time. Give time appointments and not by day. would never go here ever again. i would give negative stars if i could

  When I “made an appointment” through the employee, nowhere did it let me choose a time. I arrived at 10:32 to a waiting room with just an iPad to check in. Nobody at the desk. Nobody to ask for help. I signed in at it said it’ll be approximately 23 minutes and let me either wait in my car or in the waiting room. I go to my car and call because I didn’t get a text confirmation. The phone says to make an appointment so I made one for 11:45. 20 minutes later I go to the waiting room and the lady tells me I’m #3. It said 13 minutes. And the monitor says to make an appointment. It’s an hour and 15 minutes later and I’m still in the waiting room and my “walk-in” appointment was cancelled.
