- AZAlbert ZakelDec 18, 20255.0Mary Potts was willing to listen to my perceived needs and after testing suggested trial hearing aids acknowledging that I may not notice a difference in my hearing. She was very good about pointing out the positive and negatives regarding my audiogram. Upon returning two and one half weeks later she accepted the fact that I did not notice any appreciable difference in my hearing with the trial hearing aids and she suggested that I return in two years to be retested. In general it was a very satisfying experience.
