    Really needed a hearing test to figure out where I stand and saw they did them free. Made an appt, confirmed it through email and text. Got a voicemail from the office saying it wasn't confirmed yet and they need a few details. I called them back and gave them those details directly over the phone. Arrived for my appt and the door is locked and no one there. I called only to find out "my appt was cancelled because I didn't confirm it. They tried reaching me but I didn't respond" like???? Then after trying to explain the whole situation they mention they didn't take my insurance. I asked what did my insurance have to do with a free hearing test?? "Oh well we're still happy to test you if you reschedule" Yeah, no ty... Took the bus to get there, wasted money and my day off.

    Tryed to make appt for my 86 yr old mom, who is a customer @ Norton office. Receptionist said the were very busy, it would be 8 days before she could get in. She couldn't hear , something wrong w/ aides ! Called Fairlawn office to maybe be seen there earlier. Fairlawn office made a Norton appt for following day. Something Norton office couldn't do for my Mother ! Not the only time she has had problems with Norton Receptionists scheduling skills!!!
