  Came 3/2 at 1005. Door locked, customers inside. Called they picked up and hung up! Everybody tells me this is the worst store and now I see why. Mind you this is my first time coming here after I’m leaving the gym.

  Very bad experience. This GNC location is never open during posted hours and never answers the phone when you call. I’ve gone there multiple times only to find the store closed for no reason. Because of this, I had to drive to another GNC just to get what I needed. Completely unreliable. It feels like the staff simply doesn’t want to work. Don’t waste your time—go to a different GNC location.

  Just close this store. I’ve tried to buy things from this store 3 different times over the last 2 weeks and no one is ever there. Hours say they open at 10am mostly, I come by at noon every time to think that’s a “safe” time to come to hopefully have someone working, WRONG. Who ever owns this place needs to know that they are getting screwed over. Fairlawn deserves a supplement store that will ACTUALLY communicate their hours properly and not waste the community’s time. Such a shame.

  Sign on door, “out for lunch” the time stamped said they would be back at 10. It was 5:30pm and store closes at 7pm. Tried to call the store and got sent to voicemail immediately. Make it make sense. Very obvious that the associates at the store were avoiding their job.
