I can’t say enough good things about this Club Pilates location. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and it has truly become such a positive part of my routine—and my body feels better because of it.
I especially want to shout out Jacob at the front desk, who went above and beyond for me one day when I accidentally locked my purse (and phone!) in my car and had to wait hours for AAA. Even after classes were over, he let me stay inside to keep warm, use the phone, and just feel safe and taken care of. That level of kindness and customer care really meant a lot.
The classes themselves are amazing, and Kim is one of my absolute favorite instructors. Her classes are challenging, thoughtful, and always leave me feeling stronger. You can really tell she knows her stuff and cares about her clients.
If you’re looking for a welcoming studio with great instructors, supportive staff, and workouts that actually make a difference, this Club Pilates is it. Highly recommend.

Screenshot of the class I attended. Unfortunately, my experience with the instructor (Ellen) was disappointing. She came across as unfriendly and very curt. I noticed her rolling her eyes on multiple occasions, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the pacing of the class was extremely rushed. Counts were too fast to allow for proper form, mind-muscle connection, or an adequate stretch (for example, five reps were counted in under five seconds).
I have a solid Pilates foundation, and this did not feel like true Pilates. It was more comparable to a beginner weight-lifting class that happens to use a reformer. I will not return. On a positive note, this format would be a good match for someone looking for a quick paced class.
I did not feel relaxed or challenged in a meaningful way. I left feeling that I did not receive a good workout or the mental reset that Pilates typically provides. My mood was actually worse when I left, which is something I’ve never experienced before in Pilates.
On a positive note, the studio itself was clean and parking was easy. However, the reformers felt noticeably more flimsy and lower quality compared to other studios in the area.
For those considering alternatives, I would recommend Pilates Strong Club near Summit Mall. It is less expensive, the equipment is higher quality, and the instructors are consistently excellent.

Came here today, by mistake instead of Pilates strong which is the location I was supposed to be at (my mistake). When I came in the instructor was very “nice nasty” there were two other people that came in after me and she did not inquire on if they should be in the class but with me, she stopped what she was doing check to see if I was apart of the class and when she found out I wasn’t she wasn’t the best acting towards me. She went on to ask “are you sure you’re signed up for this class? This is level two and you have to pass a test to attend” very rude, snobby and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The message could have been relayed way better. Other instructors here are amazing and everyone is always nice but the level 2 instructor for November 3rd at 12pm was so rude, nasty and not welcoming. I will not be returning.
